Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for doing business with Send Nods.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on cancellations, refunds, and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Cancellations
All Orders are non-cancellable. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. It is the customers responsibility to contact Send Nods with any questions prior to placing an order. It is the customers responsibility to understand that lead times are an estimate and can change outside of the control of Send Nods
Returns
It is the policy of Send Nods not to accept returns. In the event that returns are accepted, at the sole discretion of Send Nods, then the returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition and its original packaging and is sent with a valid RMA number. RMA numbers may be given out via email and must be included for anything to be returned. RMA numbers may be given out at the sole discretion of Send Nods on a case by case basis, per our warranty information. RMA’s can be requested by emailing [email protected].
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not give refunds because a customer wants to return an item. Items will be backed by our warranty policies and will be replaced or repaired, however, no refunds will be given. It is the buyers responsibility to confirm product information with Send Nods before ordering.
